Acer Aspire AS5745-7247 is powered by the Intel Core i3-370M processor. This processor is famous for its 3 MB Intel smart cache. This processor is clocked at 2.4 GHz. It is a dual core processor and comes along with a hyper threading technology too and each core can process two threads at the same time. It is indicating that four threads can run in parallel. This processor is successful at offering ultimate performance with multiple applications. The core i3-370M performs significantly better than the earlier similarly clocked core 2 Duo T7700 processor.
