Apple has launched the latest version of the popular laptop line-up, Apple MacBook Pro. These laptops will come with faster processors, more powerful graphics processor, an HD camera and a new port for the Apple technology called Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt Apple MacBook Pro comes with Intel's new series of Sandy Bridge Core i7, i5 and Core processors. 13-inch. MacBook Pro now has a 2.3GHz Intel Core i5, which is powerful enough to deliver speeds up to 3.4GHz. The 15 - and 17-inch model has a 2.3GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processors with speeds up to 3.4GHz Turbo Boost and up to 8MB of L3 cache. In terms of design, Apple is still using glass aluminum unibody.

Thunderbolt technology itself is a USB connector like, can send data between devices at speeds of ten gigabytes per second. So, with this new technology, it is expected that users can transfer full-length high-definition movie in less than 30 seconds. Thunderbolt socket can also be used to connect computers to external monitors, storage drives. etc..


Reported by the New York Times, there is also a new FaceTime camera, which can stream video in 720p resolution and display it in a new wide-screen format.

Of all the features that interest is port Thunderbolt. Apple worked with Intel on the Light Peak project to create a high-speed data with a new look and the port will be aligned with the standards of existing connections.

Performance specifications of the Thunderbolt support 10 Gbps, AOS twice as fast as USB 3.0, 12 times as fast as FireWire 800 and 20 times faster than USB 2.0. Thunderbolt connection can transfer a High Defintion movies in 30 seconds.
